I would like to store the whole thing offline so I can read it when I'm travelling
to whom should I address my enquiry?

and

is it already available as a single document somewhere?

To me  ;)

You can download it and store it, but you cannot duplicate without credits to pcbheaven. As a matter of fact, i plan to convert it into PDF and release it for free in e-books, but i have not complete yet. When i do, i will freely distribute it.
