Isn't this actually... Hubble? Or is this a word game?

Hubble had some years before an upgrade to the lenses and cameras. The plan to orbit a bigger and better telescope in a few years because orbital telescopes have so much power that no earth telescope can reach, and this is because they do not need to overcome the dense air that we have.
Does anyone know about radio telescopes and how they work? Does they have better results than Hubble? Or they have completely different results?
