A very good (but also expensive) backup manager. It makes backups of the hdd to another hdd. This backup is byte by byte and this means that after a crash, you can completely recover the hdd with the os and everything.

There are also very very good free backup mangers (let's not talk aboyt linux)

There is also Acronis or something like that. I do not realy remember the name correct...
