Title: Need a custom switch....

Hi guys...
Here's what I need:
Circuit A is on when circuit B is off.
Circuit B is on unless amps=15 or more.

Circuit A needs to handle 50 amps.
Circuit B needs to handle 15 amps.
(would prefer to just have the positives run through this switch, 2 positives in, one out.)

what is the loads? Inductive or resistive? Motors or lamps?

Oh dear... don't understand any of that! Let me describe what I'm doing:

I have an e-bike. I have 2 separate batteries. One is an SLA 48 volt (the circuit I need 50 amps for). The other is a LifFePo. The LiFePo will only handle 15 amps. What I'm trying to do is use the LiFePo whenever I'm drawing 15 amps or less and use the SLA whenever the amperage is above that. The other issue is that I need the SLA to be on whenever the LiFePo is not, because the LiFePo will also cut out when the on-board LVC board tells it to.
