Need some advice on a duel voltage PS

Need to power several TL074"s using a duel rail power supply (+7.5v/0/-7.5)
Need 9v+ to power 10 lm3916's with led displays
a CD4066 (needs duel supply so plan on using the 7.5/0/7.5 supply
the 9v needs to supply about 2-3 amps for all the displays
attached planned schematic
orginally planned using 7812 and 7912
the schematic= R2 & R4 are supposed to be 1200 ohm for 7.5v
