who the circuit of fluorescent lamp works?

have anyone how the circuit of this lamp works??? The sure thing is that the circuit replace the starter and choke. Maybe it convert the frequency and  voltage (boost). Let's do reverse engineering.. :D

you mean the electronic circuit, or the classic ballast-stater? I think they both work on the same principle. Do you have a circuit in mind?

yes i mean the electronic circuit, the integrated one. I think that it maybe have different from the classic one ballast-stater , because it is less tiring at eye and also exists fluorescent lamp with 'warm' or 'cold' light. Also i was i looking a burned  one and i saw many diodes, possibly a ac-dc converter.. that i have in mind for now..

these kind of lamps operate with HID (High Intensity Discharge) technique. An arc is produce between two electrodes (left - right side) and this arc can be sustained infinite. To make the arc, a high voltage must be applied. This is where the ballast comes. The normal ballast uses the 50-60Hz of the mains power to generate high voltage through electromagnetism. Electronic ballasts have ICs to generate high frequency pulses (around 30 Khz) and drive them to a ferrite core coil to get the high voltage.

I do not know much about the circuit, but i suppose that it has an AC-DC converter to get the DC power required for the chips to operate, and then a DC-AC converter to perform a voltage intensifier. Something like an AC inverter.

Using electronic ballasts generate better light because of the high frequency (like 100 Hz monitor is better than 50 Hz).

thanks! yes it must be an AC inverter on the circuit, to adjust the frequency to produce better  light.
