Is there something like this?

A program that can make schematics, make pcb from this, move components, autoroute and test the pcb.

Do i ask a lot?

I am not sure about the test thing you ask. All others are simple. Eagle can do it for example.

I know you can simulate a schematic but a pcb... i am not sure.

I still do not understand what you mean "test PCB". Test the thickness of vias? Lines? What?
