Depends on how much time you mean. If you mean 10 years for a flipper, then ok, i will agree but it does not mean it is easy.

I would say:
Everything can be done (no matter how hard it is) if you have time and money ;)

Excuse me but i didn't got the point here. You want to make a pinball like the one in windows (software program) or a pinball like the ones in arcade game rooms (lots of hardware)?



PS. If you want the second, have you ever opened an old one to see how it is constructed?
