can somebody build a pcb for me?

hey guys. this website is great and i am starting to learn about pcbs and what all the seperate components do, but i am still way over my head. i am not going to be able to accomplish the goal myself in the time i wanted to get it done in.

i am wondering if someone will build this pcb for me.  i would like 14 touch panels to be able to attach to a PCB that is called a cthulhu http://akihabarashop.jp/misc/Cthulhu.jpg

you could ask for an offer from a PCB manufacturer. Go to a circuit page (or project or theory whatever) and click the top banner. Tell that you arrive from PCB heaven to get the discount for low quantity.
