Where is it used - ie any idea of gain required & voltages around it to get some idea of it's operating requirements.

I found 2 references 1 is a low voltage unit - http://alltransistors.com/transistor.php?transistor=20392

the other a high voltage ( but it is manufactured by a "SI" ) http://monitor.espec.ws//files/bul6822-to92_416.pdf

So you will need more info

If you have a working one, you may be able to test some of it's parameters

thank you !

its some high voltage oscillator by the looks of it don't know whats it for i have been asked to fix it and 2 of these are faulty, thanks again!

P.S. how stupid of me not to include package into the search it was 1st result in google :P
