How to design this circuit

Hi All,

    Can you help me to design a control circuit? Thanks~

Input:12V circuit 6A
Output: a 60W PN slice, a DC 9025 fans, two indicated lamps: red and green
Control: three-positions switch
Function: switch control the lamp on and off(green:cold; red:hot)
