ENC28J60 Module from ebay Need Information...

Dear friends recently i bought a ethernet module from ebay....

I would like some info for this module...I need a guide of how this module can start-up and communicate through ethernet with a pc... (If i am wrong somewhere please correct me)
Just for now i know that this module will communicate with a microcontroller through the spi bus and the ethernet module will communicate with pc through  TCP/IP protocol....
I also know that creating TCP/IP protocol for this chip (ENC28J60) is pain in the ass, but microchip has a  TCP/IP protocol  ready to embed.

I would like a "guide" for helping me out since i don't know how to embed the stack to my mcu and also i am not familiar with PHP or HTML  languages where a page must be created in order to communicate through an ip address the pc with my mcu...

Sparkfun also sell one based on the enc28j60, Ethernet Interface Board - ENC28J60

you can use their librarie!

planned this as an Interface for my smartEnergyMeter. But i did not begin the project yet. It would be awesome if i could use a lib :D
