Prometheus - A Desktop Machine that Makes Circuit Boards

Hello Everyone!
I've designed a PCB milling machine that can carve footprints for nearly any surface mount component. It can reliably do 7 mil trace and space. I started this journey because machines like this LPKF: http://www.lpkfusa.com/Store/pages/ProductDetail.aspx?cat=51&cid=51&pid=364
are $8,500, and because other machines that are in the $2,000s can't produce such fine detail.

Hello.   Can this device be used to make stencils as well?   Either out of transparency sheets or thin sheets of stainless steel or something?

Also, how much do you think it would cost to make over all?   For the whole device?  Thanks and best of luck!!!   Keep us posted on your progress please!
