We have 2 different numbers. These numbers are the measurement of temperature.
how can someone calculate the average between these two numbers?
Is also a way to have a magnitude to measure the degree of rising? I mean, if there is a way to have a number that shows if the temperature rises fast or slow

for 2 numbers, x and y, the average is

A=(x+y)/2

for n numbers, the average is

A=(x1+x2+x3+.....+xn)/n

There is a number that shows the rise and fall. This is the tangent . For example:
Temperature 1: 25 degrees C  measured at 1:00 (time)
Temperature 2: 27 degrees C  measured at 2:00 (time)

The tangent (slope) is
T= (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1) = (2-1)/(27-25)
This tangent is a number that shows the degrees of rising and falling (in rads). Using arctangent you can get this number in degrees.

and if you have 10-20 measurements, what is this tangent?

which one? the tangent between the 1st and the 2nd? the 2nd and the 3d? the first and the las? depends on  what you want to measure

Exactly. You need to say what rise you want to measure. And the funny thing is that if you measure all rises between neighbor measurements and add them as vectors, you will finally get the rise as if you measure it between the 1st and the last measure.
