This is how the Japanese kids learn about nuclear disaster

I am very confused with this video. I've seen it twice, and still... there is something... absolutely... utterly... ehmmm... Maybe the Japanese kids are used to such kind of educational videos, for if this was made for another country, i would have titled it as ridiculous. But we are talking about a completely different culture, so i leave the comments for you.
