Why Do Venomous Animals Live In Warm Climates? [Biology]

Here is the fact: Australia, Mexico, Africa, India... And almost each and every place which has a hot climate is stuffed with venomous animals. But, why? Does a black mamba enjoys sunbath more than a polar bear? Is it something with the sun that boosts the venom regeneration? One is for certain, that this is not by chance alone.
