Homemade Powerful 520nm Green Laser Torch [Project]
posted January 18 2014 8:49.51 by spic0m

Styropyro is here again with a new diode to test and burn things!

"I just got a hold of the new more powerful green laser diodes, so I decided to run a torture test and then build it into a cool aluminum laser housing!

I have to say I am quite impressed with these new diodes! They have really good beam specs for a multimode laser diode, and can handle being overdriven at twice their rated output power!"
