Meet World's First 3D Printed Car! [Innovation]
posted November 13 2014 17:07.39 by Giorgos Lazaridis

Totally 3D Printed and Totally Working! This can well be the future of car manufacturing. So you download the special 3D software to pimp your ride to the extremes, upload the design and voila|!

This particular design took only 44 hours to print it using ABS plastic. Its 100% electrically driven with automatic transmission, so after the printing shop one bolts a couple of motors and batteries, the wheels, suspension and direction system... You got the point...

Its 6.1 kwh battery can keep this sweety alive for 62 miles and then requires some 3.5 hours to charge them back. The 17 bhp motor provides a maximum speed of 50 mph.

Check out the video and see it on the move!
