MAVs are real, expensive but real! Be scared.
posted February 18 2011 21:17.53 by Giorgos Lazaridis

Do you remember an older blog entry, with those scary tiny military MAVs? I thought that these were only plans for the far future. I was rather surprised when i saw this blog entry in dailymail, showing a real MAV flying. The project costs 4 million dollars, and took 5 years. The drone flies outside a building at 11mph and withstands winds of 5mph for 8 minutes. It is also capable of flying indoors, as you will see in the following video. For more info, read this post.
