What is Social Jetlag?

AsapSCIENCE uploaded this new video explaining the physiological and psychological differences between a night owl and an early bird (errrr, meaning those who sleep later and those who sleep earlier). And then explains the "Social Jetlag" phenomenon which was rather new as a term for me, but it is definitely a sleek term to describe my days!
