DIY Stirling engine to charge the cell phone
posted February 10 2011 22:39.56 by Giorgos Lazaridis

Youtube user approtechie has many different videos with Stirling engines. This one though, is (as he admits himself) his most useful Stirling engine so far. It runs with 3 resso candles, and it is able to charge a cell phone! With alcohol as a fuel, it runs faster and can handle more load.
