SETI... Unplugged... due to lack of funds

I suppose you all know SETI institue, and many of you have already use the seti@home application to help find extraterrestrial life. Well, SETI goes unplugged. Due to lack of funds, astronomers at the SETI Institute in California have closed down the Allen Telescope Array. The operational cost for the Array is around $1.5 million per year, this is what ET has to pay if he wants to phone home. Read the original article here.
