ATTENTION! Bad fat exists in partially hydrogenated foods [Health]

You've heard the workd Trans-fat before. Also, you've heard that there is good fat and bad fat. But what makes a good fat good and a bad fat bad? This is the first thing that this video talks about. It gives a perfect example with olive oil which is 100% fat, but its good for your health, whereas pan cakes have 11% fat but they are bad for your health.





And most important! Look at the back side of products, check the ingredients, and if you discover that it is "partially hydrogenated", its rubbish....
