If you are into science and you want to have a cocktail party, you can't just have fruits and veggies in liqueur waiting for the alcohol and the flavor to be absorbed. This is so unscientific, but remember, you are a scientist. So, here is the academically-correct way to infuse your cocktails in less than a minute!
