D.I.Y. 512Kb NINTENDO Game Boy Flash Cartridge [Project]
posted July 23 2014 14:07.30 by spic0m

Gerry O'Brien writes:

"This is an Instructional video that I've made to show hobbyists how to build a Programmable FLASH cartridge for the Vintage NINTENDO Gameboy Handheld.

This will allow you to execute your own assembly code or custom Game files on the Gameboy itself.

Soldering & De-soldering techniques are shown and I have also provided an 11 page "Step by Step" guide in PDF format for you to download. It contains detailed Procedures and several photographs of the building process for building a duplicate version of this Flash cartridge.

This Flash cartridge design was originally released back in the early 90's by Reiner Ziegler."
