Cancer warning labels pushed Coke and Pepsi to change their recipe [Video]
posted March 17 2012 7:48.33 by Giorgos Lazaridis

Once again someone will wonder "What are we eating?" (including me). As the following video from Periodic Table Videos explains, the recipe is changed for Coke and Pepsi (in the US). It is because of the chemical 4-methylimidazole, which would require the companies to put a cancer warning on their labels. As a matter of fact, avoid drinking more than 1000 cans of colas per day because -if you survive from diabetes- you might get cancer.
