How to Make a Corona or Electrostatic motor [Project]

How to make a corona motor, a type of electrostatic motor and sometimes run as an atmospheric motor using ions from the air. I've kept it simple so that anyone can make it using parts from around the house. This design is based on ones by Oleg Jefimenko.
