You all know the annoying effect of a mobile phone near the speakers when it is about to ring. Is there any way to filter this (dangerous) radiation?

You can do nothing for this. It affects the speaker itself, not only the circuit. Test it. Put a phone near an unconnected speaker...

Also test it another way. Put it neat your head and call talk 4 hours...
