This would be 30Amps divided to 8-10 outputs making 3 Amps/Output.
The man is asking a 11,5Amps (10.5+10%) for 5 Amperes. Of course there is a transformer for this but it would be expensive, inefficient, would make a hell of dinos (causing thermal increase and => power loss) and in other words... stupid to do it.
Fred, divide them into 10 lines. Each line should have a combination of leds in series and parallel. You can then power them with 24 volts and draw a few amps (like 1-1,5) per line.
Then you can use significantly thinner cables and the transformer can be found everywhere real cheap.
