Microsoft and GPL
« on: November 10, 2009, 22:24:26 PM »
Microsoft stoped the distribution of a tool that makes easier the transition from xp to 7 in netbooks.
The reason? Microsoft used code from an open source application but "forgot" to declare the modifications of the code as the GPL licence of the program required.
Lol those guys.! :)

Yes they are.

But...

The very first pcbheaven, about a year ago, had nearly 2.5% linux visitors, against 93%windows visitors. Now we have 3.3%, just about the same as the mac users (3.39%).

We are growing fast!  ;D
